Born and raised in London, I discovered my passion for beauty at a young age. At just 16, I embarked on a journey into the world of hair, makeup and beauty therapy. I dream’t of becoming a world famous makeup artist. London served as my launchpad into the fashion industry. I worked in TV, film, red carpet events and magazines, I honed my skills and was able to make my mark in the competitive world of beauty and fashion. 

However, my journey took an unexpected turn when a holiday to Thailand turned into a five year adventure. I loved how free from the pressures of city life I felt here. With this freedom I was able to immersed myself in the art of hair and make up for destination weddings, developed a natural skincare line and created customised spa treatments. It was a time of exploration and experimenting. I discovered the profound connection between inner and outer beauty, laying the foundation for my holistic approach to wellness. 

I then moved on to the mystical island of Bali and it was here that I deepened my spiritual awareness. Surrounded by the rich Balinese culture, I found myself delving deeper into my energetic gifts and embracing the ancient wisdom of the land. I learned to channel the Akashic records, tapping into a reservoir of knowledge and insight that would shape my path in unexpected ways. At the same time my career as a makeup artist and hair stylist really flourished, working with major brands and magazines for international campaigns and advertisements; while also becoming one of the most in-demand wedding artists on the island. 

As successful as I was in Bali I started to crave adventure and travel. I decided to ventured into the realm of luxury yachting, serving as the head of spa on super yachts. While opening myself to different cultures I encountered a profound calling to explore the realms of energy healing and shamanic bodywork. Guided by intuition, I embarked on a transformative journey to Peru, where I studied under the guidance of a shamanic bodyworker. Here, I uncovered my unique approach to healing, blending traditional massage techniques with shamanic wisdom to create profound shifts in body, mind, and spirit.

During my own journey with womb health, I felt a deep calling to support other women navigating similar experiences. This led me to study Mayan abdominal massage with one of the first Arvigo technique practitioners, immersing myself in the wisdom of traditional womb healing. As I delved into women’s health, I began weaving together all the techniques I’ve learned over the years, allowing me to take a truly holistic approach to understanding and aligning the womb. Through this work, I aim to help women reconnect with their bodies, release stored tensions, and restore balance on a deeper level.

I now understand what my calling is, to help heal people, especially women from their blocks and limiting beliefs around their worth. I had journeyed around the world, exploring this idea of beauty only to realise we can only create true lasting beauty when we are in our full expressions. When the soul is free, to live, love and create.  It is my mission today to help heal souls and in turn the body so that we can all live a life of true beauty.
